Who is Resident?

Who is resident? Resident are those people just like us that are escaping frm their contry to other country. Include myseft. I am a resident also. Everyone who don't have much power and don't have power. Who live a regular every day life known as the resident. My family are resident all of the general. Living that way is fun and safe. Rather then fighting every day for power to hurt other.
